Why it's on the shelf

A botanical soda with real bitterness in it, which puts it nearer an amaro and soda than a flavoured seltzer. Texas summers and a bitter cold drink go together.

Our review

Wild-harvested botanicals, woodsy and earthy, sitting between bitter and sweet. It is far closer to an amaro and soda than to a flavoured seltzer, and it is the can we reach for when somebody tells us they do not like sweet drinks.
