These Terms of Service govern your use of bespokebev.co and any communications with Bespoke Beverage Co. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Who This Site Is For

This site is intended for licensed trade accounts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including bars, restaurants, bottle shops, grocers, cafes, gyms, and hotels. It is not a consumer storefront. We do not fulfill individual consumer orders.

2. Account Relationships

Opening a trade account with Bespoke Beverage Co. is subject to approval. Account terms, pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules are established at onboarding. Accounts are invoiced directly by Bespoke Beverage Co.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bespoke Beverage Co. and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

4. Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep product and portfolio information current. Portfolio composition changes as brands are added or removed. We reserve the right to update site content at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Beverage Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
