At Bespoke Beverage Co., we curate non-alcoholic beverages from carefully selected independent producers and brand partners. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our brand partners. Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs may vary depending on the brand partner fulfilling your order.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement, depending on the brand partner and product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Estimates
Shipping carriers are selected by our brand partners and may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or regional carriers. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are based on standard carrier transit times. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the fulfillment partner. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States at this time. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to state or local regulations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the initial scan.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us or our brand partner as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipped orders. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to customer-provided address errors.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@bespokebev.co with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or contents. We will work with our brand partner and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
