At Bespoke Beverage Co., we curate and sell premium non-alcoholic beverages sourced from carefully selected producers and brand partners. Because our products are fulfilled directly by our brand partners, our ability to process returns is more limited than a traditional retailer. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, items that have been opened or consumed, or orders where the product was accurately described at the time of purchase. We are only able to process refunds or replacements in the specific circumstances described in this policy.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective product, or includes items you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bespokebev.co with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) and the outer packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. We reserve the right to request additional documentation.
3. Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue and product availability, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the affected item(s)
- A store credit toward a future purchase
- A refund to your original payment method
We will make every reasonable effort to make it right. Resolution timelines may vary based on our brand partners' availability and policies.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products purchased during a final sale or promotional event marked as non-refundable
- Items returned without prior written authorization from Bespoke Beverage Co.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders enter fulfillment processing with our brand partners and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@bespokebev.co with your order number.
